We all know it’s not a competition, but by anyone’s definition Cubfan135 won Hermitcraft season 5. His nether hub alone would have done it, but add in the meteor, the Doctor Who inspired nether tunnel… I could go on and on. Even Tango said it.
But this week, in episode 10, Tango and Zed made “the epic build” that will long be remembered by Hermitcraft fans for ages to come. I cannot do it justice with a picture or description, so I will just provide the link – you have to see it for yourself. May I present: THE CHICKEN FOUNTAIN.
If you would like to see the complete build in it’s entirety, you can catch the replay of the Mixer stream here. Tango and Zedaph stream together every Wednesday. Links with time converters are at the bottom of this post.
Hermitcraft episode 11 showed the new Wither Farm design that Tango and Impulse had
begun work on last week in Friday’s DERP stream on Mixer. It promises new spawn rates and better mechanics than the old farm.
Tango also began a new Minecraft series this week, he began his first Skyblock series. so tune in to see Tango learn that hoppers burn in lava and learn a how new set of modded Minecraft rules.
Author’s note; there won’t be an article next week because I will be at my yearly pilgrimage to DragonCon in Atlanta, GA.
The current streaming schedule is:

Tango attempted to build a drowned farm in Episode 8: Villager of the Sea to attract drowneds with tridents and get himself one or two – or five. But first, he shows off the tree and cow farm he and Impulse built in the live stream last week which has turned out to be very successful.
I apologize for the lateness of this post, but I’ve been traveling in Alaska for the past thirty days and Internet up there is sporadic at best. But hopefully, I will get everyone caught up if they have missed any of Tango’s new Hermitcraft 6 videos. Since I’m so behind, this post will deal with Hermitcraft 6 on YouTube, another will deal with the What If videos, and a third will bring you up speed on what’s been happening over at Tango’s live-streaming on Mixer.
After a short break because of a family emergency, we are finally up and running for good. We are looking for people to volunteer to help out writing for this blog and for Facebook. We need people active on his Patreon server, active in the Discord, who regularly attend the livestreams, and who have an interest in writing. If you are interested, please write to [email protected] with what you are interested in writing about and a sample of your writing that is at least 500 words long.
Spelling and grammar do count, of course, so please proofread your work before you send it in.
This week on YouTube, Tango has been getting netherrack from everyone he can find on the Hermitcraft server so that he can complete his base. In the newest video, he gives Cubfan a tour and does plenty – and then a good deal more – of work on the ever-evolving incredible base of evil he has designed this season and finally completes the four towers. It is indeed an awe-inspiring tour that gives you an outstanding, detailed view of all of the wonders that Tango has built into his base this season. You can watch the video here.
Welcome to All Things Tango Tek, a site that will keep you up-to-date with all things going on with our favorite YouTuber and Mixer streamer, Tango Tek. This page is run completely by fans, but we do have Tango’s blessing and cooperation – so we are an official source of information.
We do all the writing and reporting and answering of questions, however. You can’t contact Tango through this site; I want to make that clear.
But we will do our best to keep you informed about what is going on with his many endeavors, from YouTube, to Mixer streams, to his Patreon server, and anything else he gets up to.
So read us, subscribe, follow us on Facebook and get ready for a heaping helping of happy fun sauce!
